Film data and imagery powered by TMDB
All movie data, poster images, backdrop images, cast information, and related metadata displayed in Showgest are sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) API. TMDB is a community-built movie and TV database and the primary data provider for this application.
Showgest uses the TMDB API under the free, non-commercial developer license. As required by TMDB's attribution guidelines:
- The TMDB logo is displayed within the app to identify our use of the TMDB API.
- The TMDB logo is not modified in color, aspect ratio, or orientation.
- Our use of the TMDB logo does not imply endorsement by TMDB.
- When referring to TMDB, we use either the acronym "TMDB" or the full name "The Movie Database".

The TMDB API is free to use for non-commercial purposes, provided that TMDB is attributed as the source of the data and/or images. Showgest is a non-commercial film discovery application and complies with the TMDB developer API terms.

TMDB does not claim ownership of any of the images or data in the API. TMDB complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Any data and/or images are prohibited from use in connection with libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise offensive content.

Showgest uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a service provided by Google LLC, for delivering push notifications. Firebase is used under Google's standard terms of service for developers.

All film titles, descriptions, posters, and related content displayed within Showgest remain the intellectual property of their respective studios, distributors, and rights holders. Showgest does not claim any ownership over this content. All content is displayed via the TMDB API in compliance with their terms.
